I really liked how it came out. I would highly recommend this seller for any led Neon Signs. The ordering process is smooth and well communicated. Before sending the product they will send you images of how its going to look and will make changes if need. Everything came well packaged and the delivery was fairly quick. Something to keep in my the adapter is set to 220v just switch it to 120v in order for the sign to light up. At first I thought the adapter wasn't working but it was on the wrong voltage. Other than that everything was what I expected. I'm a happy customer and will definitely use them again.

I just received this light and there are several connections from the item to the plug. One of them must be faulty because it’s not turning on.Update: the process to get me a new adapter has been horrible. It’s another delay and FedEx makes no attempt whatsoever to actually deliver the product. I live in center of Seattle and work from home. They don’t ring my bell and don’t even leave a note. So I miss deliveries then things are routed back. I requested a refund after growing tired of this circuitous game.

I purchased a custom made sign that was way to bright but it was made beautifully. I spoke with the seller and he recommended this to dim the light. It took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait! It worked perfectly and it's an awesome product for the price!
