Rubbish product and support, DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!! Absolutely rubbish, do not buy this product at all. The product will become defective within less than a year and the seller or Amazon will do nothing to help you fix this. I contacted them about the display screen on the tap not working and they asked me if I changed the filter on the tap. I told them about the physical tap not working and they asked me again about the filter being changed, which has no correlation at all about the screen and tap not working. They will avoid helping you and providing support. The tank that stores the water will also start leaking and will flood the place even when it does not get moved, all of this within less than 2 years of installing the product. DO NOT BUY !!

Difficult to use
Not keen on this, will have to buy another i think. The lever on left is the hot water knob. It is very hard to push back to get hot water, would be difficult for most people. Water runs out slowly too so hard to fill a sink for washing up while pushing the lever back

Lovely tap shame about the filter
Really nice tap. Disappointed the filter was pouring out with water. Had to buy another filter as the tap was already fitted. Otherwise I would of given it higher stars.

Boiling tap
Brilliant product the only quark is that you have to push the button in and turn the tap to have boiling water this is not an easy action as tap has to be turned along way around this is a safety feature but is hard for someone with limited mobility but overall excellent quality and simple to fit 👍

Think I was sent a dud
Missing part meant no water until I can find the part. The box had already been opened so likely the part was never there. Really poor. I’ve installed it all but the part so just hope it works! Update. Got the part, all good but now stopped working and trips the house electrics! Looks like the element has gone! What and experience.
