I've tried a bunch of different preworkout powders over the years and this is the one that I've used the longest because of its taste and more importantly the way it feels. The beta alanine kicks in about 20 minutes after I take it and my workouts have been great. Flavors are great too.

Been using this stuff for years and it’s been consistent product once it I started it.

Don't assume you can handle a scoop. I was wired beyond being able to work out the first time I took a scoop. I take about 1/4 to 1/3 of a scoop now, depending on how tired I am. Overall, a good product. My niece likes it because it has fewer chemicals that might accidentally trigger a positive drug test (she's a D1 athlete).But I don't want to have to order this product online so I'm returning to my usual pre-workout. This product is only available in one store location in all of San Antonio and Amazon had to purchase it through them.

Love the formula and how it makes me feel. Best part is the hook inside to hold the scoop. Never have to dig for the scoop or get all messy trying to find it.

This by far has turned into my favorite pre workout! Doesn’t taste extremely artificial like the rest, good amount of caffeine and the scoop hanger is a huge plus .

This stuff works great. This gives me great energy. It’s not overwhelming. A lot of good benefits. No jitters. Amazing taste.
