First I need to start off with I WAS a Juke owner. It was the single most frustrating piece of technology I have ever owned. It couldn’t stay connected to my WiFi I even tried to use an external Ethernet to WiFi and it wouldn’t work. I got really pissed and bout this and not only was it less expensive it is a far superior product. Just compare the weight between the two. This works, works very well and it sound exponentially better. It’s so good that I am considering replacing my mixer set up with this unit because it has so many inputs. I even called their tech support with a simple question and they got back to me right away with a human on the phone. Not a never ending string of emails. I couldn’t get Juke to even respond

Flawless so far. Installed in a gut-to-studs renovation and currently running all 6 powered zones in entertaining areas. Solid connectivity with a ton of I/O.Have my living room TV connected via a long optical cable so I can send audio to other rooms, if wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Installed few of these for my customers. Don't have an unhappy customer so far!!!Great quality and great apps (control app and a streaming app)!!Little tech advice, when installing app on iphone, make sure you are on the same wifi network and click "allow network access", or your app will not see the device, then you will need to reinstall it.2nd App "Hi-Fly" allows streaming services directly to device from your phone multiple audio streaming platforms like Amazon Music, Spotify etc (paid subscription mostly).Very cool, 1 device multiple functions!!

It is the only product that I purchased on Amazon that I have given a one star. The sound quality with the speakers was off. Bought a juke + and worked better, easy to install and sound quality was better. I wouldn’t waste money with a product that isn’t compatible with most current speakers and sound systems built after 2022.

I like everything about this. i use 6 zones and 8 inputs offer a good selection of inputs. The one thing I would change would be there is only 1 Wi-Fi input channel. Phones using Wi-Fi is the most popular input and only 1 person can use it at a time. Using the phone app to match input channels to zones is easy convenient and easy to use. Add more Wi-Fi input channels!

There are numerous wired speakers in rooms throughout my house and I’d been looking for quite a while for an affordable way of distributing multiple audio sources to them.I explored various options for how to do this, and even spoke with a number of manufactures' consultants, including Dayton about my specific setup. I decided to purchase the DAX88 in August 2022 after some delay due to (I’m guessing) supply chain issues in early 2022.The setup was relatively easy. Thankfully, the documentation, illustrations and directions were easy to follow, clear and grammatically accurate.My home audio system is now integrated in a way that allows me to control each audio source and sets of speakers (zones ) independently. The Matrio app provides a decent interface for access and control. Among other available sources, AirPlay in my case, lets me stream from many sources originating on my iPad, iPhone, etc., over my home Wi-Fi. I’ve been tweaking the setup now for a few months and I’m very pleased with the performance.Although not a show stopper, it would be great if some enhancements were made to the Matrio app, including integration with Alexa as well as the ability to name and save custom whole-house configurations.

Works great, sounds great. App is easy to use

This is not my first receiver but boy the sound it makes. It is really powerful and drives my speakers bridges and unbridled to levels and clarity I have heard only with much more expensive systems. Also the convenience of 8 zones and 8 streams is amazing.I wish it had a built in Bluetooth, and not just a WiFi option. I plugged in an external Bluetooth receiver through RCA plugI wish it would connect every time I want to control it. But alas it is WiFi based( really close to the router) and I need to sometimes hop off and on from a network to get it to connect.I wish Spotify and other apps like YouTube music or amazon music would just play from the device. Like Tune-in does, but unfortunately it still streams from your phone (like Apple play)Other those complaints I love it!
