This looks great and offers protection as well as my original Otterbox case for my Samsung S10e. Phone still works great, but original Otterbox literally fell apart; it certainly lived a great life after years of use so I'm not at all discrediting that brand. I just didn't want to spend lot for a replacement case for a phone that might be replaced within the year. This one from Amazon is just as sturdy at less expense so it works great for me. I actually ordered one for my husband and liked it so much I ordered mine the next day.

With the limited case options for an older phone, I am pleased with what I finally settled on. This case is sturdy, quite easy to assemble with the directions, fits snugly, has a nice amount of non-slip grip in the hand and can even be propped up without sliding. My entire screen is exposed, making it easy to pull out menus from the edges (unlike my previous case.)The plug covers are not my favorite, and I wonder if they would break off with as much use as I will give them. But if that looks like happening, I can cut them off carefully.I bought the plain black case and added my own sticker to the back since I wasn't into the colors available.

Nice & sturdy button heavy. Some of the bottom plugs like charging port is covered so have to cone in with charger. Cord correctly.

The cover came in quickly and in good condition. I was nervous at first taking it apart to put on my phone because I felt I might break it. It did fit my phone perfectly and seems like it'll protect my phone quite well. I also ordered a screen protector since this didn't have a built in screen cover on the top layer. I took a star away because of the color. I bought this particular cover specifically because how the color of the case looked. The pictorial view looks like it has a deep rich red sheen to it....almost metallic looking even though the description says it's silicone. In fact, it's dull and a bit cheap. Not worth returning it and besides I really feel my phone will be adequately protected.

Just putting this out there for whomever needs to hear it. My case did not ship with the right instruction manual: Start from the bottom where the charger ports are and pop the tabs outwards. Use the tabs or grip under them and start prying the silicone away from the headphone jack corner of the phone. You might need to use a car key for leverage like I did. It should come off easily after you get the rubbery part off the first corner. The rest is pretty simple to figure out. There will be arrows pointing to fasteners on the bottom of the inner hard shell that connect the the two frames.The case itself feels great and is a good heavy and sleek look. I go to the gym and I'm comfortable dropping my phone from waist height onto the gyms floor with this case. Probably would hold up under a car tire. There is NO screen protector.
