Helps with plantar fibroma pain
I purchased this for my mom as a birthday gift. Its easy to use, she's able to store it under her couch, it's not too heavy and durable. She suffers from plantar fibroma and has had multiple surgeries on the bottom of her feet. She has hardwood floors and she has not been able to walk barefoot inside her home in years. She's only used this product for 2 days in the lowest setting and told me this morning she got out of bed and could walk without the pain. The flat vibration plate doesn't apply any direct pressure on knots. The heating element helps relax her muscles making it extremely comfortable and relaxing. She absolutely LOVES it! She is scheduled to have another surgery on one foot to remove a screw that has caused swelling. She is hoping this machine will help the swelling and not need the surgery. I'll update with the news when we find out, but overall I'm very pleased with the way it's helped her in just 2 days and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Worth the money and then some!
Have had this item for over 6 months now and LOVE IT! It works wonders on your feet and legs. It is a big help with my lymphatic system. Love this item and would highly recommend it.

Great, just not for me.
The product itself is of good quality and easy to operate, for that I would give it 5 stars. The strength of the vibration was too weak for me and did not help with my discomfort. That doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t work for someone else. If you don’t need a real strong vibration I would recommend this product.

End of the day ... RELAX tight aching feet and lower legs!
I suffer with aching feet (like millions do)...but its tight muscles from being so flat footed...makes my ankles pronate and all that pulling on the posterior tibia band (supposed to support inside below ankle into arch)....just doesnt work from being so flat footed. SO I get alot of tight, burning tension there and at 70 yrs old it isnt going away. I couldnt believe how this massager made such a difference so FAST! It has 3 intensity levels low, med, high and a low/high heat button too. The mode button lets me choose what pattern of vibration I want that day....solid vibrating to pulses, etc. It comes with a cloth cover if you prefer, but I like to feel the little bumps on the foot pads myself. I even put it on the couch and let it massage my lower calves after being on my feet too long cause they are so tight/aching. I am VERY pleased with the comfort I have achieved using this everyday. I use it after my shower and have been sleeping better cause my feet/ankles are relaxed. Therapist told me the massage loosens up the facia that is under the skin...like a lining...if you keep it "loosened up or warmed up" the tightness improves....and that is the part that is working for me!! Very pleased with it!

Every Diabetic should have one of these!
I am type 2 diabetic for 25 years. Even if your A1C is controlled eventually neuropothy will get to your feet and toes. At 76 I had started noticing that at the end of the day my toes would start feeling kinda number. My Podiatrist says my feet looked good but I knew they were gradually losing sensation. I have owned over the last 20 years 5 different foot devices. I don't need bells and whistles, I just want vibration. Looking at the prices on Amazon I knew I didn't want another Shiatsu machine-That is not a vibrator, different sensation. This is the only machine that I could tell in the description was actually a plain vibrator and priced under $100. It is the best designed machine I've had over the years. 3 levels of vibration; a great remote control that is magnetic and fits back on the machine, simple to use. It also has heat. LOVE THIS MACHINE! Feet are starting to feel better since I've been using it.

Dead out of box
Dead on arrival – I don’t know if it’s just something they neglected in the instruction booklet, but when I plugged in the power and hit the power button, nothing happened. I have read another review said the same thing, but apparently there is a remote control that is hidden somewhere or taped in or on something and I don’t know if that’s supposed to be the only way to run it or what because when I put the power cord in, I could tell there was voltage to the cord/plug, when I plugged it into the unit. But I never got any sounds or lights or anything trying all the buttons on the top of the unit. So I sent it back, & bought a different brand.

More pulse than vibrate.
It works... ok. This massager does not really vibrate as much as pulses from the bottom of the foot rest (at your heel). So, your heels will be jumping, but your toes are virtually still. Even at the highest speed it seems a little slow.I work from home and sit a lot, so I was looking for something to help circulation in my feet and legs while working. This unit is quiet, had a nice remote control and works ok. But, all the pressure is on the heels. It appears to be an alternating up and down movement at the heels, so it does put a little pressure on the knees.

Helps Peripheral Neuropathy
My husband suffers from peripheral neuropathy. He issues this daily, multiple times a day. It’s the only thing that has helped ease the shooting/stabbing pain. Highly recommend. His feet are really sensitive so he uses slippers.
