Love this cooktop. I bought this for my Tiny Home on wheels. Arrived in good shape and shipped timely. The induction cooktop is perfect for the small space in the kitchen area. The fan prevents overheating. The fan is audible but not a problem. It is easy to use with metal pans as advertised and its very energy efficient. The price is great and so useful for smaller spaces. It works well on a flat surface. I added a thermal sheet underneath since it’s on a wood counter but haven’t found it overly hot. It is super easy to use and heats up really fast!! When we first used the cooktop it seemed one burner was a bit glitchy but then when I had full-time tenants the one burner side didn’t work at all. We did our best to try to reset it but when it didn’t work I reached out to customer service for tips or repair recommendations as I didn't expect a replacement since the return time expired. But instead said it was a failure in the board and would send a replacement right away. Excellent customer service!! Excellent product! I would highly recommend this product and AMZCHEF! Update on the replacememt - it was here so quickly and tried it right away. I now know how a working one works. It worked perfectly, both burners at the same time, and so easy to use. I've been using this for several months now and I love it! We decided to just get a small counter top over when my over went out. After using that for a few months, and lamenting about needing another cabinet, my husband suggested getting rid of the stove/oven appliance altogether and just get a stove top over a cabinet. But I thought this would be quicker, easier, and cheaper than that. So glad we went this route! We have it over a large cabinet with a nice butcher block on top. The induction 2 burner range sits right on top, but when not in use, I keep it propped up against the wall behind. Great way to have additional counter space. And this thing is powerful! Love the convenience of boiling water super quickly then allowing the burners to cool down, which is also pretty quick, and putting it away. I also love that there's a button to lock all button on each individual side, as well as a timer button. My only two very small gripes are i if I accidentally set something too close to the button or 3, even drop water on that button. And that locks the others, then the machine takes that as I've held the button down and will turn the lock off or the whole burner off (depending on which button I have accidentally touched or dropped something on). And when the timer goes off, it turns the burner off. Now both of those are very easy to deal with or work around, so I would still highly recommend this product.

This thing is awesome! We have an induction range that needed a service call (frankly, cockpit error), so we thought we were without a range for 10 days. We ordered this and now I could live without the range forever. It’s fast, super easy to understand, cooks evenly, cools down fairly quickly, and the cook zones are plenty big enough for almost all my cookware. Another thing we’ll use this for is holiday dinners when you need more cooktop availability and a way to keep stuff warm. We have an island in the kitchen, so it’s close enough to the table to use like a buffet. We paid over $1600 for our range (fabulous price for induction) - for the price of this thing, we could have spent a lot less by buying a conventional range and a couple of these. Great value.

So I have had this product for a little over a month or so I decided to wait before I reviewed. Pro: This induction oven cooks phenomenally and fast. It to the point I don't really use my gas range anymore because it doesn't cook as well. It's been a pleasure to have and use. Cons: The only two weird things with this prodect are as follows. When your turn it on and put the pan on it it makes a really high pitched frequency buzzing ear ringing noise and it does that I would say till the pan gets to temp. And can be like nails on a chalk bored sometimes. And two when using both burners I was not aware when purchasing that if one side is at a certain temperature it decreases the temp on the other burner which makes it impossible to cook 2 things at the same time because while one side is at the temp you need to cook the other sides temp is to low to really cook anything in a timely manner. It's very frustrating I would of bought 2 separate units if i knew this. Other then this I love the cooking quality

I’m really happy with this AMZCHEF double burner! It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is very easy to clean. The compact design is perfect for my kitchen, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Delivery was fast and smooth — the package arrived on time and in great condition. I’ve already used it several times for different meals, and it works perfectly. Highly recommend it!

Right burner worked and loved how fast water came to a boil and how quick my quinoa cooked The second use was on the left burner a day later and after about 2 minutes it stopped cooking with an error code of E6 which said in the book it meant over heating. It was set on the lowest setting 140F so I turned the power button to off then unplugged after the H for hot disappeared . I tried it out again and I noticed the fan was not running, (bummer) so It got returned. I loved the cooking on the right burner that was working, but haven’t decided if I will reorder as someone else had to send theirs back and reordered and had a problem with the second one they ordered as well. I will probably look for a different brand and read more reviews than I did with this one.

After a brief period of satisfactory performance, the product's functionality significantly diminished. Initially, the device exhibited a delayed power-on sequence and approximately a 90% reduction in heating efficiency. While the heating capacity eventually improved, it required an extended warm-up period of 10 to 15 minutes to reach optimal temperature. Consequently, I cannot endorse this product, as it represents a poor investment.

Extremely Disappointed – Received a Used and Burnt Unit I came home from work excited to open my new induction cooktop, but as soon as I unboxed it, I was shocked to see it was already used and burnt in the center. For a product that cost me $235, this is completely unacceptable. I expected a brand-new item, not something damaged and reused. Very disappointed with this experience and hoping for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

This is a case of you get what you pay for. We used this maybe 50 times up at our cabin and the right side burner started not recognizing the induction approved pots and pans. Then as it continued to act up, the left side started. While the left side would still work it became very random and to the point we couldn’t count on it to work properly to cook anything. Needless. To say we now need to replace it but this time we are going with a better name brand/quality. The idea of replacing this every year is not appealing. I’d recommend just going with a better brand.

While cooking the heat turns off and/or down without any indication. If you hover your hand over the cast iron pan you can feel the heat reduced after a few minutes and the food starts to cook very slow as if on low heat. Terrible performance. We used this occasionally to warm pre cooked food. However, just started to use it for actual cooking and noticing this heat issue.

This product does not perform as expected. it is a two burner unit, and one side is not working, hoping the company will exchange it. However, when using it, the burners will self adjust if one is hotter then the other. Which if you were boiling on both sides one is cooler … kinda frustrating. it would have been better to have two separate ones, in my opinion.
