Big knife for cutting meats.
I have been using this knife for meats mainly…at times even partially frozen and it is amazing nice and thin and wow does it stay sharp.It’s very versatile surprisingly as it’s a bigger bugger.I love this knife and it’s typically my go to for preparing meats that I smoke and bbq.You won’t go wrong with this one.Stove.
