Can it dispense hot water only?

Thank you for your question. Without a K-Cup Pod in place, you can follow the normal brewing process to dispense hot water. We hope this information is helpful.

Where does the reusable filter go? It's not clear

The Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is used with your own ground coffee instead of a K-Cup pod. You'll need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and remove the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. Hope this helps!

Which reusable k-cup is compatible with K-Express?

Thank you for your question. Our My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with all Keurig Home Coffee Makers.

Does coffee truly taste stronger using the strong brew option? Or is that a gimmick? Thank you!

Thanks for your question. The Strong Brew button slows down the brewing process allowing for a more condensed, bold brew to be extracted from the K-Cup Pod. For a very robust cup of coffee, we would suggest utilizing the strong feature while selecting a small brew size. Hope this helps!
