AccuMed N95 Mask NIOSH Certified MADE IN USA Particulate Respirator Protective Face Mask, Tri-Fold Cup/Fish Style, (10-Pack, Approval Number TC-84A-9362 / Model F95W) WhiteOEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

I decided to try this style N95 mask because the others I've used just don't seal tight enough. This style is more comfortable to wear as it rests farther from my mouth but it fits even less tightly than the others I have on hand. This is not a judgment about this mask since I am apparently difficult to fit. The order arrived quickly and I'm very satisfied with the transaction.

This FISHTAIL TYPE is the 3rd N95 type mask I ordered, The others were the BNX foldable dome shaped one and the 'duck-billed' type. All NIOSH approved; all made in USA. All foldable. They are all obviously much more protective than the blue pleated surgical type masks. You can tell this immedialtey because they are all a bit harder to breathe through. OK for normal breathing, but I would not want to be running and trying to breathe heavily with any of these on. That means they are ALL GOOD at what they are supposed to be doing - protecting you! Of the 3 types for ME - normal faced woman, wear glasses - I found the fishtail type fit the most snugly with the least fogging of my glasses..probably because it is scooped lower from the eyes than the other 2 types. Because it is a snug fit and covers less cheek area, people with narrow or petite faces might find fishtail a good option. The BNX foldable dome type fit well too, but since it hits the face closer to the eyes I had a bit more issue with glaases fogging. Ditto for the duck bill type. Duck billed is supposed to give you bigger breathing pocket, but I didnt find that any better than the fishtail or BNX dome type. One thing I did note with the duck bill - for some reason there was a tiny gap under my chin that was letting breath out which I did not detect on the other two. My husband has a vey jowly neck and a beard, and he did not have that issue. Bottom line , I woudl wear any of these and feel safe doing so, but I prefer the fishtail. NOTE: to wear any of these 3 efectivley, one strap goes behind neck, the other high on your head.

The BNX Face Masks seem to be good face masks. They're rated N95, so they should have a high-level of particle filtering. I like the "Over The Head" Straps that these masks have. Sometimes "Ear Loop Straps" can get annoying, or not fit properly, although they are easier for getting the mask on and off. The metal nose strip is pretty solid, and moldable. The middle section of the mask keeps the material away from your mouth, so that's a big plus. I've tried other BNX brand face masks in the past, and these masks are the best I've tried from BNX, probably mainly due to the middle section being unobtrusive. Thumbs up on these BNX Face Masks!

I orderded the small/med. It is quite small even for my small head. I would recommend getting the larger size.

These masks are great! They fit my smaller face perfectly. As an art teacher that teaches pottery I needed protection from the clay dust. These masks worked very well for clay dust in the art room and are very “breathable”. The straps are very well attached and don’t break like others I’ve tried. I highly recommend this product.

Did not care for how the straps held my head and tangled in my hair. Would not purchase again.
