I bought this for use during meditation and it works quite well. The cusion is firm and sturdy and will align to the contours of your natural shape well when seated. As another reviewer has mentioned - this cusion can also be used as footrest under the desk. I tried this for one day during work and was so impressed - I bought another of these just for that task. The cushion feels much more comfortable yet steady compared to the previous plastic one I had.

I love this meditation cushion. It provides great back support when you sit right. I use it to sit on regardless. Not heavy but good quality. No weird smell.

This cushion is just right! It is a good height and very stable and comfortable. I saw the reviews about it being too hard for sitting a long time. I find it very comfortable and not too hard even with the full amount of buckwheat. It conforms well to the body. I am glad that I did not listen to the negative reviews. It is a very good cushion!
