Case is not working to charge the buds

First of the product is good there's no denying, base is also good ,fitting is a bid bad ....it hurts your ear , it's also easy to use and for durability is really ² bad . I received the product yesterday and right ear was defective , it was strange noise , also on occasion it heats up like really hot ,the left ear is perfectly fine but problem is when I contacted the Amazon team for replacement/exchange of the product they freaking hang up on me .......so i am really frustrated TBH I don't even wanna rate 1 star to them....I hope you understand and exchange my product Amazon or else my trust is over for you also I'll tell my friends and family to not use Amazon....flipkart is much better . So guys , as an advise don't buy it get doesn't work properly and Amazon is really ² bad at responding towards they're customers.

This is a good pick. A decent true wireless stereo within an affordable price range and good sound quality. But in my personal use and experience this has not turned a trustworthy product. Only for once I had to leave it usused for a long time and the charge was about empty when I tried to use it again. But since then, the product doesn't not charge properly and the buds won't charge automatically when inside the case. Like a mobile phone, the buds can be charged only by plugging the case to power. So my opinion is to go for it given its price range and features, but make sure the item is used regularly for better durability.

Wrost product ever, creating a irritating voice after 1 week of use. Dont go with it.
