Chalk Red lump is produced in the Voronezh region in Russia. Its original name came from the village where the deposit of this delicious chalk is located. Sparkling white chalk of medium hardness, top covered with a dusty-chalky snow-white powder. It bites soundly and easily, deliciously crunches when chewing. Practically without grains. Predominant taste of thawed mountain water, dust after rain and "whitewash." In the aftertaste there is an easy woody sweetness.
