how much Vit A? I don't want 100 per cent rad in supplement

Each tablet has 50% of your recommended daily allowance. The suggested dose is 2 per day, which would then, of course, give you 100% of RDA. For that reason, I only ever took one a day. I do think they're a great supplement but unless your diet is really rubbish, then one tablet a daybetter fits the notion "supplement".

What is the dosage of vitamin D3 and K2 in this? Thanks

Dear Sitara, there is 37.5 mcg K2 (the fully trans form of menaquinone-7), and 10 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecaliferol) per 'dose' which is delivered by two tablets. For optimal benefits we recommend split-dosing our Multivitamin and Mineral supplement to help optimised the uptake of the nutrients and ensure healthy levels as sustained throughout the day (hence the 2-a-day dose). For children aged 7-16 years, the 'dose' would be 1 tablet daily, and the break line embedded in the tablet allows the tablet to be split easily so that children can also benefit from this recommended split-dosing regime. Why magnesium is not included ?

Good morning Lukasz,Many thanks for getting in touch. As you mention we do not include magnesium in our multivitamin and minerals supplement, primarily because it is a large, bulky nutrient and the amount of raw material needed to provide an effective dose of elemental magnesium would simply make the tablet size impossibly large! For example, if we wished to provide 50% of the RI for magnesium we would need to add 1150mg of raw material (as magnesium glycinate). We do advocate split-dosing (1 tablet twice daily) to enhance the uptake of nutrients and as each of our tablets are already 862mg the addition of magnesium would increase the size significantly to just over 2g making them large and therefore hard to swallow.While some supplements do include magnesium, they are generally in poorly absorbed forms. For example, different forms of magnesium offer different amounts of elemental magnesium (the fraction that is actually magnesium). Magnesium oxide contains around 60% as elemental magnesium, but this form has very low bioavailability (<4% gets into the body) with the majority simply passing through the body unabsorbed. You will find this form in many standard multivitamin and mineral supplements as it is a cheap ingredient, and can give the appearance that a product is delivering a good amount of magnesium (depending on whether the labelling details the bulk magnesium or elemental magnesium). In contrast, the glutamate or citrate forms of magnesium are highly bioavailable, but are lower in elemental magnesium content at around 16% - and at this low concentration, the volume required is much higher, which is why people seeking magnesium benefits are often advised to purchase it as a single nutrient supplement. Perfect for MTHFR gene mutation — boosts energy without stomach upset!

I’ve been taking Igennus methylated multivitamins for a while now and can definitely say they’re amazing. Excellent but only 4 stars

This is a good combination of methylated multivitamins. Dosage is right. Only 4 stars because the version for men is more expensive than the women's despite the fact that both of them are identical expect the women's version has iron added. It doesn't make sense to any sensible customer. I hope Igennus rectifies this issue.

Absolutely Incredible!

I’ve been searching for an appropriate supplement to support my ongoing struggles with depression since my teenage years. I experienced substantial increases in my energy levels and cognitive abilities within the first 24 hours after taking. The tablets themselves are a manageable size and are easy to swallow with water (without any nasty taste). I am very impressed with the huge personal value that I received for the initial asking price. My favorite multivitamin

I’ve been using those since 2022 and feeling really good about my choice. I mostly use just one per day. I use two if I’ve been feeling really sick or under too much stress. I find that one or one and a half work fine for my wellbeing. Quality, natural ingredients.
