I love the rivets to catch juices, but they block you from easily scraping chopped veggies into a pan or dish .They don't come with rubber grip backings! See my pictures.This is a great set for under $20, but please buy either food grade mineral oil or wax for these. Oil or wax should be under $10. My pics are AFTER being waxed.

I have only had these a week, but I am happy with the quality so far. I think for the price if they last a year I will be happy. They don’t seem as cheap as they are. I like that they have the little part carved out to catch juices. I would buy these again at this point.

So far these are great. I love that there are three sizes. Makes for easy use when cutting a variety of things. Although they are lightweight they still feel sturdy.

They are perfect for storage because they are not too thick. The sizes are good for most vegetables or fruit. I bought as a gift for my husband but we both use them frequently.
