Do you need a special permit to fly

The drone weight is 0.26lbs, no need to register with FAA

I cannot shoot video any more. Camera light now stays green instead of flashing red. Deleted former videos on card to free space. Ideas?

Dear, Thanks for your message. It seems the camera loose connected with the main board. Please reinstall it for test again. If still not work. Please contact us on Amazon, we are willing resend you a new camera or replace the Drone. Have a nice day. Your sincerely, Cheerwing-usa

Some reviewes said it flew away (kept going up). Is there a defect in the product to be aware of?

If fly in a windy day, it may fly away. So we suggest you do not fly in a windy day. Thank you!
