Does this hat stretch? and if so, how much?

So far, my hat has not stretched. I have not worn it that many times though. It is a very comfortable and well-made hat. I would recommend it.

How does it hold up in rain? Is it packable?

Honestly have not had it in the rain yet. It is packable but i would not smash flat in a suitcase. Carry on bag would be ok....

What’s the difference between “one size “ and “one size fits some”?

If you have an extremely large or small head, this might not fit as well. It does stretch (overly large) and the cord does help keep on (extremely small). I am a size 8.5-9, so it fit me fine.
