Best Proofing Basket.
This bread proofer is awesome. Just make sure that you dust your liner well as the dough did stick just a little bit on my first attempt. with using the basket. The loaf takes on a much more even and prettier form. It dough holds the form during baking and the end result is a beautifully round loaf of bread. I also like the matching bag to use to cover while proofing and for storage after. The cutter was a nice addition to this basket. I think it is a must have for any baker. It is well built and very lightweight. The size is perfect. It is also pretty stylish. I did get this item at a discount for my honest review.

Beautiful Rattan Bread Bowl and Bag!
This rattan bowl with the fitted cover and very nice muslin drawstring bag looks even lovlier in my kitchen than in the pictures. I will bake two loaves of bread, put them in the bag, along with some homemade jam in the basket and it will be a very nice Christmas present! I received these items at a great discount for reviewing.
