Sure. It’s a bit pricey but that’s because it works. I stumbled onto it about a year ago and started taking it to help manage weight loss. And boy did it! I’m currently 48. As a teen and twenty something, I was always fit and hourglassy, long shiny thick hair, beautiful skin. It’s not free regardless of what some think. Even in those years I worked hard at it, and practiced food deprivation. But then I had a life for decades of raising three kids and career and husband traveling. No time for me. I don’t get fat, per se, but developed a little tummy, haunches, my butt grew. A size 6-8, but still, wanted to get back to my glory days as a very lean size two. No matter what, could not get there. I’d pay anything! I was already working out hard 4 times a week religiously, eating reasonably, etc. the anxiety of being out of control about my body ate at me constantly. I started taking this and intermittent fasting and slowly without any feeling of extra effort, 1/2 lb came off every week for about 6 months, mainly from my hips, thighs, stomach, haunches. Went from 35”, 27”, 42 to 34”, 26”, 38”. Had to (got to) buy all new clothes and it feels so good to look amazing in absolutely anything I wear now. I truly forgot how good it feels and hadn’t realized when I started how far I had fallen from grace. I am back to my 20s again. Other unexpected side effects? My skin! The fragile skin under my eyes filled in with collagen after a few months. My hair grows quicker. My stamina during workouts is fabulous. My body does not hurt… anywhere. Just did a 5k in under 25 min right after a night of heavy drinking. I am invincible. And despite all this evidence, my husband still will not try this, or any supplement. Ever the skeptic and it’s so mind blowing that some folks can be so stubborn. He’s the only thing in my life that makes me look old. He hurts everywhere, can’t lose weight, going grey. I love him anyway but ugh! I want good things for him. I wish I could make him take this. Please be aware though. This is not a miracle pill, get out of jail free card or anything like that. You still have to put in the effort to see real significant results just like you would have to when you were younger. The thing this will do for you is make your work pay off for you. It’s depressing to work and work and work and just tread water; even slip down hill. This is the missing component that will get you up that hill you are working to climb. If you are over 40, you need this. It may be pricey as far as supplements go, but going to the doctor for joint pain, obesity, diabetes, sleep disorders, etc is way more expensive and far less fun. PS, this will help your sex life too. Added bonus. Benefits are innumerable.

I've been taking these for a week and I feel great!! My energy is back. Not sure about hair and skin benefits yet. But the energy alone is worth it.

I have been taking SeroVital for about 6 months. Now, after taking it for an extended period of time, I can honestly report that there is little if any difference in how I feel and a little improvement in the appearance of my skin. I am continuing to take it because it claims to support growth hormone production. I have thinning membranes and skin, so I am very hopeful that SeroVital will be of help in this regard and help my thinning membranes and skin to thicken a bit. If it does that, it will be well worth the monetary investment. I have given SeroVital 4 stars because, unlike many supplements, I have had no adverse reactions to it.
