Black Mountain Products Single Resistance Band - Door Anchor and Starter Guide Included

Order arrived in pristine condition. Received customary strong, sturdy Amazon box. Within Amazon Box were 10 individual boxes, each containing one (1) resistance band, individual Exercise Program using the band and a door anchor (also to use with specific exercises with the Bands). In other words - everything you need to get started and in guaranteed excellent condition in it's individual box. I opened all my boxes this morning and, what can I say other than I am utterly delighted !!! The products were shipped in perfect condition and please allow me to thank you for offering products of such exceptional quality. The Fitness Center, which is one of the locations where I work as an Independent Contractor uses Spri products exclusively. Although I have not had an opportunity to use the Resistance bands I just received from B.M.P., I can tell by observation that they are by far superior. The handles alone are more than double the size of the Spri models. The Spri models handles are hard plastic only. Your padding and larger size will make them much more comfortable in the hands of not only all the members, but in particular the Senior population with whom I work. Seniors often have grip issues, and I can tell already they will prefer the B.M.P. models. Also the quality of the band itself is superior to the Spri ones we use. The rubber is higher quality and although they stretch to the capacity they should (given the different weight strengths), it's obvious these bands will not become "overstretched" as quickly as the Spris.All in all - I'm very impressed !!! I called BMP directly, with some other questions, and experienced TOP QUALITY Customer Service. I just don't have the space to store dumbbells/weights, so resistance bands were a good alternative for me. I found this item easy to store and very easy to bring to the office or on vacation. The handles are cushioned, so workouts are easy on the hands. The actual resistance band is well made and still looks like new (even after becoming part of my routine for several weeks). I am amazed at what you can do with just a single resistance band, the product comes with an instruction booklet showing some exercises, but there are many more exercises posted on the internet, and you could also get creative and make your own workout.I do have one gripe, the resistance band should have been clipped on to the handle, instead of permanently attached, this would have allowed for easy attachment of greater resistance (more bands) for when a person is ready for more.I purchased this resistance band to help tone up my arms and can happily say, I am seeing results.-In Short-Pros:Easy to store and carry aroundCushioned handlesDurable/well made resistance bandProvides an excellent, varied workoutCons:Cannot clip on more bands to the handle to increase resistance*Please click "Yes" if you found this review helpful. My Purple BMP resistance band arrived in the mail today and I would say that I am pretty pleased with it. The listed pull weight is 45-50 lbs and I would say that is pretty accurate. Doing even a few basic exercises (e.g., curls) makes me feel like it is pretty close to the listed draw weight. This is a very tough rubber tubing. It seems relatively well made and the door anchor attachments works well. I am looking forward to getting quite a bit of use out of this equipment. I have an Everlast grey tube band that is similar except the draw weight on that is much less (say 10 lbs).My only complaint is that it's a bit shorter than I was expecting. I didn't see the length listed anywhere obvious so I didn't realize it would be a bit on the short side. I'm used to the Everlast one I own which is probably a good foot longer which helps a lot for doing standing shoulder exercises on both sides. With the BMP one, it's not quite long enough to do that. I can still do standing shoulder exercises but instead I can only do one side at a time. Not a huge deal but a bit of a surprise. Overall seems like a good product.

I ordered this band in the green weight which is medium. Usually, I am worried about the resistance being too much or too little from the description but this band was right on. approx. 10 lbs. I love this for travel- I have it packed in my duffel for a weekend trip right now. It is super compact and easy to pack. The actuall rubber part is good quality. I've use some of these from target and they seem like they will snap, but this is sturdy. As for the use... The handles have a really easy grip. One of my favorite things was the door attachment piece that it comes with. You can wedge the attached in a door frame to use as a pull resistance. I never would have thought of that.The booklet it came with was really helpful for some tips on how to use your band. I want to use it for leg/abdominal exercise. I found a TON of great workouts on pinterest. I would 100% recommend this to anyone, especially if they are on the go or travel and need a little toning in between, It's a great alternative for buying heavy weights.I'll probably come back and purchase the other colors soon!

Excelente producto, pero muy pesado. Yo trabajo con ligas y previamente compré uno rojo de resistencia "mediano" de la marca Valeo, sin embargo como no muestra las lb que tienen de resistencia y yo buscaba una más pesada opte por la morada de esta marca. Es muy buen producto, grueso y resistente, pero ojo , MUY PESADO!

These are some of the best elastics I have used. The handles are best for exercises where you're stretching it to the max (I think the elastic stretches safely up to 4x its length which is amazing.) But you can grip the elastic closer and do even more moves, this allows you to play with how resistant it is and over what length is needs to be to reach said resistance.As you can see in the picture, mine stays hung for exercises and I take it out to do some shoulder mobility too.Pros: Well made. Good company, good elastic.Cons: Mine is black, but as you can see dirty and dust collects on it very easily. I can't keep mine black if I leave it out. Not really a big issue, most elastics are like this.
