nice quality and the size is great for what I use it for and was looking for. the SS is real high quality with very little too none other trace metals because it has VERU LITTLE pull from the magnet!! so it should hold up well and clean nice to keep that SHINE it has! that way when not use use being awesome! it can sit there and look good. LOL I only gave it 4* because I was hoping it had just a slightly deeper "bowl" so to say. so when skimming something u had just a little more "cargo" per scoop but that I guess is really just being pickie IT IS STILL GREAT THO!!!

I bought this for use in making cheese, (separating the curd from the whey). I haven't used it yet, but that will come in a couple of days when I get low on mozzarella. This skimmer seems to be really well made. Can't wait to check it out.

Works great. Nice all in one piece so the handle doesn't get loose over time.

My husband loves this for making his "famous" poached eggs on toast. It cleans well and doesn't rust!

Absolutely brilliant spoon. It drains as it serves dishes like sauerkraut, paella etc. how did I ever not have this before? Saw a similar kitchen tool in Rick Stein Weekend show and had to have one. Totally impressed.
