This was given to me as a gift over a year ago. I love to bake and this is a great alternative to the wasteful parchment paper. I hand wash it, but I believe my fiancé has put it on the top shelf of the dishwasher and it's still great! Keep in mind when you're making cookies on these, to let to cookies cool slightly (1-2 min) so they come up without squishing them (I like mine slightly under baked so they're soft). Otherwise I've used them to make biscuits on, they never stick now! I have recommended to my family and purchased as a gift for my brother as well.Keep in mind the thickness of what you lay and (this mat vs parchment paper) and the type and thickness of pan you use will all affect baking in different ways. The first time you use it you might have to all just time, temperature, or oven position (up or down).I recommend!

The mats work well, but they're not large enough to cover my standard cookie sheet, and several inches short of my airbake sheets. There's an awful lot of wasted space on the trays, and on standard baking pans. There was no odor, no oily feeling to them. They wash easily. Being silicon, they'll attract every piece of dust, lint, or small debris around them, so keep them wrapped in cling foil or in a bag or something. They're a good deal for the price, I just wish they were larger.

I used this yesterday. I have wanted these for years, so glad I purchased. Want to get smaller size to fit my smaller pans. GREAT product, can't recommend enough.

Although I thought these would fit my half sheet pans well, they end up about 3/4" short in length and 1/4" short on width. The Amazon basics silicone sheets, which my mother owns, are a much better fit. The non-stick feature is still going strong, however, and they are very easy to clean. I just wish the size was correct for the purpose of my use.

One of the best purchases I have ever made. I LOVE these things. They are great quality, clean easy and make cooking and baking jobs a breeze. Everyone needs these in their life.

I have bought this kind of mat three times already and all of them are the same. Doesn't matter the brand, at first they all smell like burn but after few uses they are fine. I use them on daily basis and for everything in the oven, because of that, I like to replace them every year. I would definitely buy this again.

It's my 3rd kind of silpat that I used for my baking needs like macarons, bread, for my cake pops and etc. I had this item for 2 years now and I'm still using it up to now.

These are perfect for any baking you have. I even poured hard candy on the mat to cool and it came right off no problem. Love love love them!
