A really nice little gadget that does exactly what it’s supposed to. The design is quite stylish and it looks good on the table rather than feeling like a cheap kitchen tool. It’s also very easy to use: cut the foil, place it on the bottle, press the button and the cork comes out in a few seconds with almost no effort. I bought it mainly for convenience and it definitely delivers. It removes the cork smoothly and the transparent section lets you see the process, which is a nice touch. The set also includes useful extras like a foil cutter and accessories for pouring and preserving wine, which makes it feel like a complete little kit rather than just an opener. In day-to-day use it’s much easier than a manual corkscrew, especially when opening several bottles during a dinner or when entertaining. Top tip: Eject the cork from the device immediately after opening. If you forget and then try to open another, the old cork will jam and be nightmare to remove.

This is dreadful couldn’t even open a milk bottle…….i wouldn’t have given one star but then it might not have registered my review. Don’t buy it!

Excellent for extracting corks

Item works just as described. I wish it had an indication to know it’s charging or when its done charging, but apart from that I got what I ordered.
