PlantronicsVoyager Focus Headset B825, No Stand (202652-103)

I have bought MANY of these for my company and they are SO good. When you are on the phone, the microphone eliminates all of the background noise, even if you are in a car! These are the best headphones ever. Sound is really good for music too.

This is the best headset I’ve had so far and for the price you can’t complain at all. I wear it 40 hours a week almost every single week working from my computer talking to clients 80% of time during the day but what’s great is when I do have breaks, I can go put a load of laundry in or do other things so I’m not stuck at my computer all day and it does go pretty far probably a good 50 feet.! I always charge it on my lunch break after four hours or five hours of work just to make sure it doesn’t die by the end of the day but other than that I use it for 10 hours a day so it usually will last the whole day and that’s with a lot of talking! I’ve now had it for 14 months so it’s still working just as good as day one, so I’m hoping it keeps lasting for a few more years at least!

Box look like this was a refurbished item. But the headphones work OK. But sometimes they stop YouTube videos that are streaming on the TV when I’m using them on my teams. But other than that, they’re pretty decent.

I've bought two head sets from this brand. Both head sets have had the mics break after two weeks. My employer forces me to buy this brand, so now 70-90% of my customers can't hear me. The mic literally cannot get closer to my mouth without falling off my head.
