Omnia Baking Grid for Stovetop Oven, Oven Rack in Stainless Steel, Baking & Steaming Rack

This rack fits inside the Omnia stove top oven perfectly. So far all of the Omnia Accessories, I’ve purchased work well. The quality is decent, it’s lightweight so don’t expect something heavy duty. This is what you need to raise the silicon baking ring or muffin pan off the bottom of the baking ring. We were frustrated by baked items being burnt on the bottom so we bought this ring to see if it would help. What a difference it made. The small air gap under the silicon pans creates just the right amount of space for more even heating. We also learned that low temperature baking also helped prevent burnt bottoms.

This is a wire rack specifically made to fit in the Omnia oven. It is the rack only. It works well.

Kind of tough to get used to the flame height, but have it figured out. Low is better! Cooked the canned cinnamon rolls twice. The second time lower flame and little bit longer time. Turned out great. Made blueberry muffins once and out them in paper cupcake molds. Silicon molds would be better, but they turned out great.
