HIGH5 Zero Electrolyte Tablets for Hydration, Strawberry & Kiwi, 20 Tablets

I love these electrolytes, I usually have the tropical flavour, which tastes a bit like lilt but I thought I would have a change and see what these are like. They are really tasty and a great strawberry taste, I can’t really make out the kiwi tbh but taste really good either way. I take one a day in the really hot weather and find it stops me feeling lightheaded when I’m really hot. Also really helps me with my restless legs, if I have take one of these during the day I tend not to suffer at night. The packaging is great as they stay fresh. The dissolve quickly as well. The only thing I’m don’t really like with the High5 Zeros is when once they are dissolved they leave a sort of film on the top of the drink. But I just spoon it off. I would definitely recommend these, they are also cheaper than a lot of brands.

Picked up HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets (with Vitamin C) and they’ve been brilliant to keep on hand. They taste great — light, refreshing, not overly salty or artificial — and dissolve quickly without leaving bits floating around. Much nicer than some electrolyte drinks that taste like diluted sea water. They’re also incredibly easy to carry. Just keep a tube in your bag, grab a bottle of water when you’re out and about, drop one in, and you’re sorted. No need to plan ahead or carry bulky drinks around. I’ve found them especially helpful when feeling ill, run down, or when a migraine/headache is brewing. Staying properly hydrated makes a noticeable difference, and these make it simple. No sugar overload either, which is a big plus. Five stars. Convenient, great tasting, and genuinely useful when you need them.

I've been using these daily during the recent hot weather and have been really pleased with them. They dissolve quickly in water and have a pleasant flavour without being overly sweet. I bought them to help stay hydrated, especially as I've just started a new medication and been sweating more and wanted an electrolyte drink without added sugar. They're convenient to keep at home or take out with me, and one tube lasts a good amount of time. I haven't experienced any stomach upset, and they make drinking enough water much easier. If you're looking for a low-calorie electrolyte drink for hot weather, exercise or simply to encourage better hydration, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try.

Break half a tab into a standard glass of water or 500ml bottle. Taste ok but nothing special. No idea if they actually work.

Unlike other electrolyte drinks, they do not have a salty taste to them. They dissolve quickly, they taste like cordial and they work. Amazing for after a long shift at work, a hard work out or if you are metaphorically great for that too. We even have them on holiday with us. Would definitely recommend

We use these tablets all the time and have a variety of flavours now (that you can mix if you'd like or with squash). They have become our standard go-to for getting through a long day or whenever we need a reliable energy boost. The flavour is great, and I love that they provide effective hydration with zero calories and zero sugar. Highly recommend keeping a tube of these on hand!

​I purchased these High5 Zero tablets in the Orange & Cherry, Tropical, and Strawberry & Kiwi options. Currently expressing for my baby, I was advised to take electrolytes to help prevent headaches and replenish essential salts and minerals, and on the functional front, they have been an absolute game-changer. Consuming two tablets per day (well within the maximum limit of three) has left me feeling significantly better and properly hydrated. ​Flavour & Taste: The main drawback is the intensity of the flavour. Across all three varieties, the taste is fairly negligible and bland. It does little to mask the underlying taste typical of standard electrolyte drinks and falls short compared to larger established brands or store-bought powders. ​Efficacy & Performance: Functionally, they do precisely what they are designed to do. Rehydration and mineral replenishment are excellent, and they have genuinely helped keep my dehydration headaches at bay. ​Packaging & Design: The slim tube design is wonderfully convenient and easy to pop into a small bag when out and about. However, the initial seal on the lids is surprisingly stubborn, I had to use a knife to pop the top open the first time, though they flip open smoothly enough thereafter. ​Whilst I likely would not repurchase simply due to the weak flavouring, they are by no means a bad product because the physical benefits are spot-on. If you prioritise functional hydration over a strong, sweet taste, they are still a very solid option.
