I got a new car that has leather seats. I've never had leather seats before so I didn't think about the car seat making indentations. Eventually as tight as the straps were on the car seat it would have cut into the leather. I tried a towel and that did not work so well. So I went to Amazon to see if there was a product that would work for this. I put "seat protector for car seat" in the search bar and this product is one of the first ones that popped up. So I bought it because it seems like a really good price. I didn't pay much attention to it after that. When I got it I was very please with the quality of it! Plus on the bottom it has these mesh pockets! I didn't notice that when I was purchasing it so that's a plus!It was very simple of course, no installation and I like the indentations on the sides so you can still use the tethering. Great product to protect your seats from car seats! I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have owned a seat protector before, but I didn't care for it because it was ugly and stuck out like a sore thumb around the seat. I ordered this cover because the color and fabric match the color and fabric of car's interior. I have to admit that I am very impressed with the quality and look of this seat protector. I know it is going to hold up against my very messy 4 year old. The seat portion is wide enough to reach all the way to the back of the car seat so I do not have to worry about anything accidentally getting on the back of the seat. There is a "tail" flap that is between the back and the bottom that allows you to tuck it into the back of the car's seat which helps hold it in place very well. I definitely recommend this seat protector! It is very durable and blends in with a black seat very well.

Purchased 2 of these for my 2012 Camry that I recently purchased and wanted it to stay clean due to the light color of my leather seats and 2 boys who attract dirt like no ones business. When I tried to put the covers on the seat the straps that go around the head rest are extremely short. When I finally was able to get the straps on the head restit was extremely tight even though the straps were maxed out in length. Due to the straps being so short and how I had to strap it around the head rest it raised the cover about 2-3 inches off the seat so if the kids sat on it, it would surely rip something. In addition to not fitting properly it was not as wide as I had imagined and didn’t cover the seat like I had hoped. Not worth the $20 I spent on 1 seat cover for the reason why I purchased it in the first place. I am returning it ASAP and purchasing one of the full length seat covers for pets to get the coverage and protection I can’t find in these type of covers/protectors.

I wasn't able to install it correctly because my Jeep doesn't have a head-rest in the middle row where we like to put the car seat, but I did manage to get it to stay up by looping the top strap through the seat-belt at the top. If I had put it on the side seats this wouldn't be a problem. In any case the product is as advertised. It's doing a fine job of protecting my leather seats from the car seat. I haven't used it very long but my initial first impressions are that I got exactly what I wanted out of this product.

I purchased this for my passenger seat in my suv. it does well to cushion and protect the chair from wear and tear from the car seat. however I found that it had limited coverage for the middle seat and beyond. I ended up placing them in my fold down seats, and using a full seat cover instead. however I was pleased with the design and material. if it was used in a smaller car or solitary seat this would be truly ideal for me.

Have not used it with the car seat installed with it but it seems very nicely made. My car had gotten a big dent in the seat from where the car seat was and I have cloth seats. It has been that way for over a week, I tried everything to get the dent out, a steamer.....that kinda just pulled some wrinkles out of the material bit the foam is still indented. I just really hope this car seat cover prevents the indentations from happening again but it does seem to be nice.

We love this thing so much that when we had our second baby we had already bought a second one! It does what you want, i.e. keeps food off the chairs and keeps the car seat from digging a permanent wear mark in the leather. The only reason for the four stars is because after two years the one protector started to tear a little where a seam is (so not even where the car seat rests on it).

My backseat was becoming so worn from my daughters carseat. I took our her carseat, did some leather treatments, installed this protector and put her carseat back in and it's such a huge difference! Also, I feel the carseat fits tighter now because of the rubber side.

Bought 4 of these to use in our Seat Alhambra. They have an adjustable loop that goes around the headrest of the seat. One side is rubbery, which stops it sliding around against a leather seat. Because the loop going around the headrest is adjustable, I would expect these covers to fit in 95%+ of cars.They appear really well made, and have plenty padding to prevent cheap kiddie seats denting the leather (not that we have cheap kiddie seats, but if you're giving someone a lift, you don't always know what seat they'll use).

The quality of this protector seem to be good. However watch the width of it if you have a car with bit narrower back seats then it might be bit inconvenient. We use it in a merc c220 and in order to strap the child in i need to get well underneath the protector as it covers the bit that you clip the belt in. So the design could take that into consideration.

Bought these for an Audi A6 to keep the kids off the leather and they are a great fit. Really hard wearing with kids seating constantly in and out, clean up well and don't look bad either, I just leave them in all the time.

Bought this as I have part-leather upholstery in my car. Great fitting and easy to instal and remove when needed. Highly recommend for all cars from a small compact to large 4x4.

We have a BMW 5 Series Estate & I had to put the loop at the top as big as it would go and it was still a stretch, but does a good job protecting the leather seats...
