I have had the phone for a couple weeks now and am only giving it 3 stars. I wish the phone ear speaker was louder when on calls. I can barely hear some people and it can't be turned up any louder. My biggest complaint though is that the phone keeps dropping in and out of wifi at home and work. I have no problems with my other devices consistently staying on my wifi. Frustrating. I have contacted the support line on this issue. no response back yet.Other than that, speed is good. no lag.

I bought 4 of these to bring here to Venezuela as an economic solution to Samsung, everyone so far is very happy with them, and I will have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised, at the operation as well, it is not a Galaxy 7 or iphone 6+, but for the price they are remarkably good, actually, if you took into account the cost of the heavy weights vs this and the cost difference, you would be much disappointed in paying the additional money, to upgrade, to such a little bit of difference.In summary you will not be disappointed unless, your expectations are unreasonable

Got this phone because I was going to be traveling internationally and wanted a dual-SIM phone. Had it in the US for a few weeks at first and it was fine. US cell carrier found it a bit challenging to set up (had to call them) but then it worked OK.Got a local SIM card at the airport when I arrived overseas.Was impressed at the size of the battery compared to the size of the phone and figured it would last well. No so. At first what seemed like normal use would deplete the battery in less than a day. Then got careful about turning off features I wasn't using at the time and re-charging at odd times when convenient and now happy enough with it. In group I'm traveling with I'm usually the one with charge left on her phone when it's time to call a cab in the evening. Have a small external battery pack, too, just in case, too.I really do not like the camera - the quality of the images are way below the middle-of-the-road Motorola phone I had before. I shoot at highest resolution and have attempted to adjust ISO, etc. for conditions. Still, the pics often look muddy and taking them is a real pain because you have to touch in the exact center of the shutter (iris image) button. Missed a lot of shots at first from that.Came with a plastic screen protector (I did not use- got a glass one that Almost fits...) and a plastic case/cover for the back of the phone, which I do use. Problem with the case/cover is the holes for the charger and headset are wrong and I have to pull the case/cover off the top of the phone to fully plug in charger or headset.Performance seems OK. Screen looks great. Like the 16 GB memory standard and the option of adding an SD card.We'll see how it works when I'm back in the States. One friend with a verykool never did get the data to work properly when returning to the US.

Great value - perfect for my needs. Big display, but not too big. What sold it for me is the 64GB SD card capacity (I got rid of my Nexus because it didn't have SD). Dual SIM is an added bonus. Only other thing I could wish for are automatic Android upgrades (but I guess that's a Google issue?).

I agree with many of the reviews below on the Pros.Cons:- Speaker phone useless because of background noise, so the other party won't hear you clearly. Also speaker phone is not loud enough at your end, especially if you are listening to youtube or music.- I have reached out to support several times through their app regarding the speaker phone issue, and have not gotten any response in months.- The processor is slow sometimes. - Gets extremely hot..

Good looking, work fine, but I had a lot of trouble getting it workin in El Salvador wireless nets.

Great product for an off brand phone

Cell evil has two months and not light if downloaded and connected battery must be charged in addition to light , GPS fails pretty and super slow charging takes about 8 hours
