Guide book to become physically fit.
It is a very informative book about health and fitness. I like how the Author writes this book as it is a well-explained book about workouts and exercises benefits. This book is really good for those people who really love workouts and exercises. And for those who didn’t yet taking exercises like me this is a conventional book to start out. This book is all about several exercises and workouts for losing weight, building muscles and toning up body as well. The Author explained well about the benefits we can get from different exercises and workouts together with the illustration to guide us on how to perform it with the right position. It is a really conventional book to start exercising daily as it will really affects our health and to be physically fit as well. I will introduce this to my partner as he really loves exercises and workouts.

A lot of fitness exercises to learn from this book!
Fitness is really important for every one of us. Our body is a temple and we have to take good care of it. We have to stay fit and healthy at the same time by watching over our diet and exercise. This book contains several workout exercises and work out tips that may actually help for you as it did on me. There are a lot of ways to lose weight and burn fats. You will learn all those from this book. There is no easy way to lose weight. It will be very challenging. It will require effort, discipline and determination to be able to do this successfully. Afterwards, it will be very worth it. I like the exercise tips from this book. It’s easy to perform and effective at the same time. Johnny Fit has really motivated me to take this challenge. He has written this book in a manner where his readers can adopt to it.

An all-round guide!
I really expected there to be some exercises and training times or some fitness recipes; since that’s what I got from almost all the other sources I checked up on this subject. It really was annoying! I got clear and practical instructions here. It was truly easy for me to understand the purpose of them. I confidently suggested this book to some of my friends who were planning on joining up for fitness classes. Everything was explained so precisely, like posture, arm position, appropriate shoes etc. There was also some images included, which made it even clearer for me to understand the proper posture for some exercises. I really wanted exercise tips to lose weight and tone the body. Including that, there were also workout exercises for muscle building, cycling to lose weight, exercises for beginners and intermediates and experts, fitness dancing, water exercises, weight loss yoga etc.

This book offers the basic exercises everyone should know. Even though it is basic, the book delivers effective and efficient methods of losing weight. With its tips and explanations, the book is really helpful for me. Following this would definitely make you into the striking person you want to be. You get what you pay for
If you have any background on fitness and exercise don't bother with this book. If you are just beginning and need a short list of simple exercises to begin with- this is great to start, but won't get you much further than that.

I am not much of an exercise person but I enjoy doing Zumba mainly because I used to dance when I was younger. This book packs a lot of information as to how you can lose weight, feel better and have more energy by including exercise routines or gym subscriptions of any kind. The most that I like about this book is that it has exercises that can be done in the comfort of your own home and some without the use of any kind of equipment. This book can be a beginners book easily but can also be used by intermediate exercise level people. This would be a great book to read for trainers as it has illustrations on the proper postures for each exercise that are included in this book.

Not worth spending 700 rupees. The content of the is something which already most people know . Infact the quality of pages and the conditions in which I had received this wasn’t good at all, seems it been lying in corner of some storage facility.
