Q: So, at least with the black si cap, it has all washing instructions x'd out. how the heck are you are supposed to clean the darn thing?

Definitely hand wash (cold) and air dry, it will bleed and end up getting that purplish-black, and IT WILL shrink if machine dried.

Q: Size 7 1/4 head. get a l/xl?
