Not sure what anyone complained about. Made me nervous to buy it. I needed the USB door for my go pro hero 7 Black. This came in a nice plastic case, opened it. Took pictures to show, put it on after sliding the little inside part 1st and a perfect snug fit. I am confident I can take it underwater when i go to Hawaii this weekend.

This one comes with a nice case you can put it in if you need to remove it when using other Gopro add-ons.
