I'm using these with strengthening exercises. Arms and legs. They work well. It's also good to have a selection of tensions.

I think they are a little bit too soft for me. It's good for recovery times after injuries but I don't think good enough for working out if you have certain background

When I started a series of online exercise videos, I spotted that I would need resistance bands to complete them and ordered these. These bands are short and designed to fit round your ankles or thighs, rather than longer bands which you use for working your arms, for example.It is handy that they are colour coded and marked up with their equivalent weight rating (although whether you actually reach that weight will depend on how much effort you are putting in!).The travel pouch is useful, but overall I thought the product was needlessly over-packaged. It arrives in a small cardboard box, but then inside that each of the bands is individually wrapped in plastic - that really seemed unnecessarily wasteful to me.

I was very pleased to receive these resistance bands, They came well packaged and presented in attractive packaging. Since the beginning of the pandemic I have found myself working out more at home, and I thought these would be good to add into my workout. The bands feel very good quality, are colour coded and each band has the resistance weight on them. Included is a handy bag to keep all the bands in, Which is great for me as it stops the cat from playing with them! I am very happy with them and would recommend to others.

I've got other sets of resistance bands but these very quickly became my favourites and the only ones I use. Why - because they are colour coded with weight written clearly on, so you can quickly work out which one you need. The rubber is good quality and doesn't feel as if it might snap. You even get a little bag to keep them all tidy.Great value for a good quality set of resistance bands. Very impressed and will highly recommend.

Much handier than keeping a dumbell by the couch, I can happily drive my girlfriend nuts by sitting there finding new ways to stretch these, burn calories and build strength while watching telly!
