Perfect! Works on textured glass too!
I was afraid this was not going to work on our old, textured windows opening from the bottom, but I was proven wrong! This is great! My kitties have learned how to open this window, so this keeps them inside and also allows us to have airflow. The adhesive has held up for 4 days now and will hopefully be easy to remove when we leave this rental. Glad this product exists!

Works, but not sure I’d trust it for smaller kids
Works well, but I have to take the screen out every time it locks in place in order to close the window. Could be that we have an older house. Newer windows may work better. Overall, it is secure, I think you can add screws into the window frame to make it more secure.
