I really question the "refurbish" part
Updated review 7/29/23I had a legit reason to call customer service, so I asked about this Computer while I was already on the phone. Customer Service rep told me the re-furber wanted anyone NOT happy to just return it. So anyone who thinks they care if you get problems resolved will be in for a shock. Stay away people, just stay away.Original reviewANY computer that is refurbed has a story to tell, but if you got the one where a little old Lady just returned hers because it was too complicated, you win. MOST are refurbed because they have ISSUES. Mine still does.Going out on a limb here, but I bet $$$$ the refurbers are paid by the piece, which is code for they cheat to make more money, and if they "look" OK, they pass, For those good lookers I doubt they are even booted to see if they run.Casual observation tells me this one didn't have anyone who knew anything refurb it. I don't have DP to HDMI, and NO one didn't come with my machine. Ad says "you can output 4K video to an external display via DisplayPort or HDMI (DisplayPort to HDMI adapter included)" NOPE!!!Casual inspection also told me that all of my 18 HDMI cables, which work just fine in every other device I have ever used them in, also don't fit. It's as if the other owner jacked, and jerked them around until nothing would stick in them. They simply fall out from the weight of the line.Casual inspection also told me that the RGB port on this Pumpkin is somehow the same MALE end that is usually only found on an RGB line, and both ends of 7, RGB lines I have laying around are the exact same size as as the supposed FEMALE end that is generally found on the device. All 7 of my RGB's fit all of the other RGB's I have in the house, even though I don't tend to use them anymore. So no way to effectively hook the Pumpkin to any monitor, tells me 2 things for certain.1) I'm certain it didn't get refurbed, at least it's full capactiy was never checked, or all of these easily seen problems would have been apparent.2) I can't boot it even though I have 25, count em, 25 cables that according to the add should allow a monitor to be hooked to this.....That tells me ALL of it's problems probably aren't apparent, but who are we kidding, nobody checked to see if it had any problems, because this thing really looks good.I want this fixed. NO I don't want to spend HOURS waiting on the phone. Figure it out. I can't tell you anything I didn't write here, so talking is just a waste of time, this thing needs swapped for a computer someone checked to see if it was right, before sending it off to some unwitting soul, and hoping they don't complain. I'm complaining.

NOT Windows 11 compatible (correction)
It's fine. Does exactly what I want it to do.But be aware...this computer will NOT run Windows 11!The CPU is not approved by Microsoft (Core i7-6700). WiFi is provided using a USB dongle. It's fine for me, because I intend to put Linux on it. But it's not compatible (natively) with Win 11.(Edited to add)So, MS will tell you that Wn 11 is not compatible...bad CPU...no TPM. But, if you get the ISO from MS and put it on a thumb drive, it appears to install. So, a direct upgrade from 10 to 11 does not appear possible, but a full wipe and install does appear possible.

It will serve my needs.
I plan on purposing this as a Linux-based home media server.System seems to work fine, but I noticed a few things that disappointed me:1) This did NOT come with an HDMI adapter like the description says, so I ended up having to buy one separately ($6.00 extra on Amazon).2) I was fine with the adapter, but what I was NOT fine with was the lack of an M.2 out of the box. Instead, the system came shipped with a 1 TB 2.5-inch SATA SSD, which, again, is NOT what the description mentioned (it clearly states it includes a 1 TB NVMe drive).3) The product page has the gall to advertise Wi-Fi, but like everything else above, there is NO internal wi-fi card installed in this system. Thankfully being an IT enthusiast and having spare parts, I happen to have one I could pop in immediately. At any rate, being that this machine is going to act as a server I planned on using ethernet anyway, so it doesn't necessarily affect me personally. But this is ridiculous for other non-tech-savvy people that may want to use this machine with Wi-Fi but were missing the USB dongle out of the box.4) The front USB ports wouldn't work for booting for some reason. Never seen that occur before. I know they're probably USB 2.0, but that should still be fine I would think. So as a result, I ended up booting the Ubuntu Server boot disk using a USB port on the back. No big deal, but a strange quirk, nonetheless. Both front USB's *did* work when I plugged in both a mouse and keyboard into them.5) Both the 2.5-in SSD and 32GB RAM that the system came with are using this off-brand called KingDian. Never heard of it. I normally don't trust storage devices or RAM unless they're made by e.g. Samsung, Crucial, Kingston or SanDisk. Frankly I'd even stay away from PNY even though I see their stuff around more often than "KingDian".One odd thing about this unit is that it came with a keyboard and mouse combo-- both of which were no-name branded devices and very cheap-feeling. For what it's worth, they both worked correctly, and I'll probably use them if I ever need a backup keyboard and mouse. To end on a positive note, at least the system itself is nice. It has plenty of I/O to work with, plus the M.2/NVMe slot and an internal wifi PCI-E slot. The RAM, SSD bay, M.2 slot and wi-fi slot are all accessible simply by removing one screw on the back and sliding off two panels. It also runs pretty quiet too, which will make it great for being a server that I want running all the time.Overall, I'd recommend this particular Lenovo mini-PC, but I would probably get it brand-new rather than refurbished. Otherwise, you may want to be prepared to have to spruce up some of the internals yourself.EDIT: Once I got the RAM and SSD replaced, I'm happy to say that I've had pretty smooth sailing getting this running as a home media server. For that, I think a 3 out of 5 stars is a pretty fair rating. It's not good to falsely advertise your product and install low-quality/no-name brand parts and call that "refurbished", so two stars are knocked off for those issues. But I am happy to end up with a working server, so I feel like I'm being well-balanced/generous by giving 3 stars.
