Show many choices on the market when looking for a vegan omega 369.Very pleased that I chose this brand. I have been very happy with the results for the past few months. Recommended is two softgels per day, which gives you a one month bottle. At the price of the current bottle, sadly, I can only do one per day.The first week I followed the instructions, but I am not finding any ill affects for lowering the dose.There is no bad aftertaste, I've had no negative side effects, in conjunction with other medicines, this has been a positive addition to my vitamin regimen.As somebody recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, type two diabetes, and a thyroid condition, at the age of 45, my health needs to be taken seriously.Having an item like this that only brings a positive benefit to my heart, eyesight, overall health, is what I was looking for.One day when finances are a bit more stable, I will be taking the two pills per day, until then, one per day it is.For people with fish allergies, plant-based, vegan, etc. this is definitely a quality product to consider for your vitamin regimen as well.

It's hard to find this 3-6-9 Omega combination. I like that it's Vegan, so no mercury from the ocean like with fish products. It has helped my health in a number of ways. Recommended!
