NOW Supplements, D-Mannose 500 mg, Non-GMO Project Verified, Healthy Urinary Tract*, 240 Veg Capsules

I was getting chronic UTI's and was having to call the doctor often. This is something I can do proactively and it works! I haven't needed antibiotics since finding out about these a year ago.

The NOW brand D-Mannose is a product which I take whenever I sense that a UTI could be developing. I take it in powder or capsule form, in high dosage, and it stops the UTI!!! But this particular bottle shipped to me is filthy dirty, the label is torn in several spots, there is Scotch tape on it, and I won't consider even opening the bottle. Amazon lists this as a non-returnable item, and has not offered to replace it.

D-Mannose is a wonderful product! It works so well! Within hours, It started to work bringing the level of burning down to a tolerable level. By the next day all the burning and pain was gone. That was several months ago and now I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. I may cut back to only 2 a day soon. I love this product! I will always keep a bottle here.

I depend on D-Mannose to keep my bladder healthy. I tend to get urinary infections and using D-Mannose at the first twinge often keeps me from getting an infection.

Really helps with my urinary track problems. Great supplement--I could tell a big difference in 4-5 days. Great product at a great price. I recommend this product and the seller. Thank you.
