Excellent hub for a reasonable price
I tried a number of different hubs before purchasing this Anker model and was unhappy with all of them, but i'm really happy with the Anker, all of its features work very well (even with my iPhone 16PM!) and easily deserves a 5 star rating. Especially noteworthy highlights include so far i've been able to use any port, or any combination of--or all--ports (including power delivery (PD) at the same time. Plus the MicroSD card and SD card ports show up as separate drives in file system (unlike with many other hubs having the same two card ports) and the Ethernet port allows much faster data throughput speeds than any i've ever seen on the iPhone using any wireless connections (including 5GHz Wifi or 5G cellular).

GREAT, MAKE USRE YOU USE HIGH SPEED USB C WIRES AND QUALITY HDMI CABLES..
I got 60 fps to my TV from it from a surface pro studio laptop. I didnt get HDR to work but I had so much trouble getting 60 fps, that HDR is just a future possiblilty, though i do miss having it on films, but im using this for projector 4K TV as a laptop pc monitor now i have a keyboard and mouse on the hub. I bought the simple usbC to HDMI from MICROSOFT that cost 99$ and only got 30 FPS, advertised HDR 60 fps. its useless . (i assumed they tested it with their own product, which is a high end 2500 laptop with 2 usb ports. My mechanical keyboard didnt work at first it was recognized as a sound device. triied every driver, no luck So i bought a Samsung high speed changing usbC to big usb, just one last thing to try. And it worked!!!! be CAREFUL with this stuff.. dont ASSUME ANYTYHING IS gonna work. try different cables and the best wires too. for a PC you need at leat 60 fps . For mouse u no more lag thant 40 ms or Game mode or it will stutter unusably. This hub gets hot though. but it works and its fast and got great value for cost and good reviews on youtube as well. Im giving 5 stars because HDR is a mess and i cant expect everything to work, it might be microsoft laptotp partial support for it.

Most ports work, uSD card dead on 2 docks, audio is output only, no USBC video thruput
I picked up two these docks because they would drive a DP and HDMI monitor. They work well on my HP Win11, Linux computer and a Samsung tablet with some caveats.Pros:USB ports work as expectedLAN speed approaches 1Gbps as expectedVideo: 4K through DP and FHD through HDMI as expectedFull-sized SD slot works as expectedCons:The audio jack only supports output so my headset doesn't work. I have to use an adapter to be able to listen to audio with my headset. Can't use for conference calls. The uSD slots are dead on both docks so I have to use a uSD-to-SD adapter.Video from USBC output port to USBC monitor doesn't work. Maybe my expectations were off. Using HDMI for now.I wanted an inexpensive dock (<$65) that could handle all my I/O and provide power to my notebooks, but the audio output, uSD and video through USBC let me down. So close, and yet so far away. I'm making the best of it for now.

Great HUB with DisplayPort
There are a million different little USB C hubs out there because we all have different needs. I wanted a nice one with both DisplayPort and HDMI. This one has a very solid feel and all the ports I needed. I have been a fan of Anker for some years now, and this has the quality I have grown used to.

Great customer support and service
I recently bought this UCB-C HUB from Amazon to get more UCB ports. I also planned to use the HDMI port of the HUB to connect one monitor, and then use the DisplayPort of the HUB to connect my 2nd monitor with a DisplayPort to HDMI cable (Amazon Basics) I bought from Amazon. After I received this HUB product and verified, the HDMI port and USB ports on the HUB worked very well, however the DisplayPort on the HUB did not work. I tried one Dell Inspiron laptop and one HP Elitebook laptop, both could not detect the 2nd monitor through the DisplayPort on the HUB. Also, I tried another new DisplayPort to HDMI cable and the issue was same. Finally, I had to only use the HDMI port on the HUB to connect one monitor and another HDMI to HDMI cable to directly connect my 2nd monitor to the laptop, this solution was not convenient as expected but it worked.I gave 5 stars because the technical support from Anker was very nice, he actively called me and tried to solve the problem for me. Also, the customer service from Amazon was great and their shipping was very fast beyond my expectation.By the way, this USB-C HUB is small and looks very nice.

External Build Quality is Nice, Audio Jack Failed Due to Poor Internal Soldering
When I received this Anker Hub, I was struck by the seemingly superior build quality as it felt like solid aluminum. I hooked everything up to my MacBook Air via USB-C and a 67W Apple USB-C Charger for passthrough charging no problem. My monitor connected via HDMI with no issues either. I did have an issue getting my Logitech USB webcam working properly in either USB 3.0 port, but it would work okay while plugged into the (presumably USB 2.0?) "Keyboard/Mouse" USB Port so that worked once I figured that out. However, today I turned on my computer to find no audio output. I tested my Bose speakers with another source and they were fine, I plugged direct to my MacBook no issue there either. No matter how many restarts or shutdown and boot attempts I made, or connecting headphones to the Audio jack, that jack on the Anker Hub is toast. I went through the reviews for it and did a search for "audio jack" and found about 10 or 12 other reviews mentioning the same thing, that the shoddy soldering job inside would cause the 3.5mm audio jacks on these hubs to die anywhere from a few days to few months after hooked up. When I tried to contact Anker support for a replacement, they just simply state they do not provide refunds and will not replace their clearly defective product (even though it is under 2 months old). So lesson learned, no more Anker products for me at this point.
