Always feeling so bloated after each meal this is bottle number 4 or 5 and I do not feel bloated or discomfort at all. Helped alot.

My experience was not one extreme or the other. After reading the reviews, a naive, hopeful part of me literally expected these to be a magic pill that relieved all my symptoms. The skeptic side of me said that this “leaky gut” was all a scam. On the other hand, I was worried that I would get violently sick like some and vomit from extreme nausea. Well, the good news is that I did NOT get sick or nauseated from taking these. However, it’s hard to say if they helped at all or even a little, as I continued to still experience symptoms of reflux and heartburn while taking 2 of these a day. Wouldn’t say I recommend, probably won’t buy again.

I take Vitamin D supplement already and didn't pay much attention to the amount in these capsules. Terra Origin (2 x pills is the recommended dose) contain more Vitamin D than the upper limit for daily D consumption. I cannot imagine the reason behind that much supplement.
