Bring out the Hellmann's and you bring out the Best. Pretty much the only two may brands I truly like, and they are the same product (same overall brand). Richer and tastier than Dukes by far. I didnt pay attention to the best by date because frankly, I dont care. It isnt going bad anytime soon no matter what date is on it (BB date has nothing to do with safety). But if it is super duper important to you then make sure you dont by on sale. I bought these through the warehouse and the price was very good, so I jumped on it. Very pleased with my purchase. Yum!

This Nana has used Best Foods Mayonnaise for decades, and it's one of the few items I am brand loyal to. Makes my potato, chicken, tuna salads, and more, taste the best. With rising food costs, the local prices just keep getting higher. At one local market close to me the price is double what it was a year ago. So buying in bulk, in this case a 3 pack, is a great value for us. Keeps it handy in the pantry!

I ordered 3 jars and 2 of the jars were leaking from the underside of the lid even though the plastic seal on the lid wasn't broken. The one that shows you if the lid has been unscrewed. The 3rd jar was not leaking. I realized the jars did not have that thick paper vacuum seal on the top that you lift open like most other jars. There is no way to tell if the seal on the lid is broken. They are not vacuumed sealed. I don't know if any Mayo jar has that paper seal. I haven't noticed until now. It doesn't seem safe enough to store on a shelf before use. Color was not appealing and had a light green color...they issued a refund. BUMMER

We subscribed to this product and received jars that were damaged from shipping. Packaging was not well pack for shipping. The jars arrived crushed leaving the product unusable and a mess in the shipping box. We tried to initiate a return and was denied as this product’s policy is not returnable or refundable. It’s an acceptable loss for us. But we quickly cancelled all future subscriptions that may not be able to withstand the rigors of shipping without adequate packing materials. We will continue to purchase the Best Foods product as we see value in taste and quality at a local supermarket. Our rating of 1 for value is not on the Best Foods Brand but that paid for an unusable product.

*****Edit 1 month later: every single jar is more like salad dressing and NOT the classic standard of Best Foods mayo that I am used to, perhaps we should all.checl and see whatwre this is coming from? I am NOT IMPRESSED and I dont think Best Foods would be either. **We were excited to get such a great value but ....two of the three jars look a it yellow for best foods....I'm wondering why there is no pull date on the bottles ...not sure ill go this way again.....this mayo better not be rancid when I open it
