The best way to get my infant to take medication
The best way to get my infant to take medication. He'll often take a pacifier but not always, but he gulps this down no problem. It's super easy to use; just measure the medication, squirt it into the green capsule attached to the pacifier, or directly into the pacifier itself, and you're good to go. Easy to clean, too--just scrub it inside and out with warm water and dish soap, and then you can run it through the sterilizer if you want to. I LOVE that it has a cap with it to keep the pacifier clean, so you can get your medication ready and have it handy for the opportune moment when your baby is ready to take it.

So much easier to administer medicine!
This was totally worth the money!!! I had heard of this kind of binky and always thought it was for “those” parents... I’m on my third baby and she has an ear infection and WILL NOT take medicine, no matter how I give it to her or how I try to sneak it into her mouth, she spits it out, closes her mouth and turns her head, she won’t take it. I never had any trouble with my other kids so decided to spend the money. I’m so glad I did! I ordered same day shipping and it came in time for her evening dose of medicine, and we stuck the binky in her mouth with the dose of medicine and she sucked it right up, no problem, no spitting, no fussing. It helps that my baby takes a binky and this one is the same shape as hers. I definitely recommend.

Flows too fast. A bit messy. Baby didn't like it for long.
I tried to use this for my baby at around 10 months when she started to refuse regular syringes. The opening that she gets the medicine from spreads too wide and the liquid practically falls out into her mouth. I was hoping for something that would flow slowly so it's more like sucking on a pacifier, not a bottle. It doesn't help that there is a hole on the back of the unit. That allows the liquid to fall out even faster. I ended up adding some baby food so the medicine would flow slower.Still, food flies out the back hole when my baby blows into the paci or squeezes the nipple just right. She ended up just sucking stuff out of the back end (as long as the taste was not too sweet). It also leaks out the back hole if facing downward.

The Best Pacifier Medicine Dispenser
We've got an 8 month old, and she happily takes medications using this dispenser. We tried the Medifrida and Munchkin Medicator with no luck. Out of the three, this one is the most like a regular pacifier.Update: haha, just kidding. One week later and she’s figured it out and now refuses this pacifier. It now only works if she’s pretty much asleep. I still really like this dispenser and recommend having it in your arsenal.

Bad quality
I would not recommend, I was hoping it would be as easy as described, but when it arrived all the instructions were in Chinese, not English. And I couldn't even use it once. It kept leaking all over the place and after trying it five times different ways both my husband and I were frustrated so I returned it.

Good for only a few days
I got a few good days out of it, but then it became useless. I thought this product was IT when I first got it. My baby who refused and threw up with syringes finally took her medicine without an issue. But, then, she learned what the deal was and stopped accepting it. Or she plays around with it and doesn't finish all the medicine and then figuring out what she did or didn't take is more of a hassle. Some other design flaws: pushing medicine through with the syringe didn't work. At all. That part was completely useless. There's also a hole at the bottom of the cup leading to the pacifier part (where the syringe is supposed to plug in). With any thinner medicine, medicine would just start dripping out that hole. Especially so when she played around with it.Also, it only works when baby lays down flat (otherwise, gravity doesn't send the medicine into the pacifier part), so it won't work if your baby isn't ok with that.

Amazing
Medicine, vitamins, gripe water - this thing is amazing. Not a fuss or a flinch. My baby loves it and it’s far less stressful for me.
