What size would be big enough to go around an average size coffee mug?

Maybe 12x12 Inches Cello Sheet. Purchase Link： https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B095C9ZKD3

Is this cellophane twistable for use as candy wrappers?

Yes, our cellophane sheet can be twistable for use as candy wrappers

Can this be used on led outside ground lights? Okay

They're prob. more or less waterproof, & the led lights wouldn't get hot enough to melt them - so my guess is, yeah, sure. But I haven't tried it myself so don't really know.

Can you use this instead mylar to embroider on?

This material is much too thin to embroider.
