Very sturdy
I love it. I used to use the light travel and regular light stand and it was annoying any wind will make it fall. Especially down here in Florida. I’ve used this light stand twice and no issue and didn’t need anyone to hold it down for me. Also like the weight it’s not light but not heavy that I can’t carry it on my own. Def recommend if you want to step up your light stand in the outdoors.

Strong, has not failed me.
I use this light stand to support a Smallrig 120d and the big soft box. I think it's an RA-085 or something like that. No problems with this thing supporting and staying in balance. The base is huge so be aware of space constraints but this makes the stand super reliable and sturdy.

Best light stand I own!
Love these stands for everything! Awesome for holding large reflector, studio strobe or speedlights and any modifiers. Added weight and sturdiness for windy days outdoors so it doesn't take as much additional weight to further mitigate wind when needed.

Showed up with missing piece
It showed up with out the adapter. So, that's frustrating. But I'm leaving a solid review because for all I know it was just lost in shipping. The box wasn't in great shape. I just ordered two of the adapters because it's far easier than returning and reordering. The stand it self is not only beautiful, but it's quality. Solid. I really like it. Can't wait to actually be able and ...use it lol

Best stand for heavy lights
I'm in love with this tripod. I use a Godox stobe for my outdoor portraits and the unit is too heavy and to easily blown over with my go to carbon fiber stand. The stainless steel offers a very wide base for support and is extremely sturdy. No complaints. I met never worry about my expensive equipment getting damage from a fall.Only thing I would had like would be a carry case.

Wow!
This stand is so sturdy! Worth the money for sure. I was using a cheap one before to hold up my $900 light and it flew over several times and smashed on the ground. I’m glad I bought this one! It’s great quality

DO NOT BUY THIS LIGHT STAND
I have owned this for just over a year now...Upon taking this out of the box, I was stoked on the heavier, all-metal construction of this light stand. It seemed sturdy enough for the kind of work I do... but I thought wrong... SO WRONG.After only a few uses, it was becoming difficult to extend and collapse the legs due to the low grade, malleable aluminum which makes up the centre-shaft. Unfortunately, even the slightest over-tightening will start this process. The shaft will become oval shaped and get stuck... it gets worse as you apply more pressure to open it in absolute frustration. As of now, I wince at the idea of bringing this to a shoot. It's practically unusable at the time of writing this... the consistent scene of fighting to get this piece of metal to extend in front of a client is traumatic and getting old now.SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE, AND PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A QUALITY STAND.YOU WILL REGRET BUYING THIS.
