Shoe Bubble Orthotic Insole – Memory Gel Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis, Pronation, Heel Pain, Arch Supports

I am extremely impressed with these Soul insoles. I have a boxful of insoles that barely work or not at all, but these little insoles enabled me to wear a pair of sport sandals ALL DAY LONG. Before I literally could not wear these sandals longer than half an hour. I have bought another pair for my hiking boots. I have not tried to move them from one shoe to another. So far these insoles have not moved at all inside the shoes. I think my whole way of walking has improved. I plan to get a few more over the year for different shoes---to walk without pain is fantastic!! When I get the next pair I will try to move them from one shoe to another and hope that will work , but I did not want to mess with my success with my sandals and boots.

I thought my days of wearing heels were over because my feet arches ache all the time. OUCH. I'm constantly rolling my feet out, even after wearing flats. I didn't discover these inserts until just the other week for the first time when I realized THERE ARE OPTIONS other than to experience achy feet. I guess I just thought it was the shoe, so I tried to change all of my shoes, but found that every pair meets me with the same arch pain, unless they're super cushy slippers :)I'm so dang lucky to have landed these inserts, I was dubious at first, but I'm not willing to give up my heels or surrender to pain just quite yet.I gave these a shot, and realized that this is a major game changer for me after strutting around my house in my favorite pair of heels with these inserts.What do I love about these and why do I recommend this option for you?First, the adhesive is perfection. They are sticky, but not too sticky, allowing for re-position as I determine what placement is going to serve me best. They don't move around in the shoe after I insert them. They stick right down.They aren't too much of support either. That would create pressure on my foot the opposite way!! Instead, they mold to my feet perfectly. What a great little creation.Other than the fact that I wish they were a little longer to reach the balls of my feet so I can feel like I'm walking on clouds entirely (which I see I can adjust them to suit me even better), They offer complete support for my arches, eliminating all strain on that portion of my foot. Problem solved. I might get something else for the balls of my feet for some other shoes I have as well, but these are making a drastic difference and I'm so grateful!I also found out they restick like new after being washed. HOW AWESOME.I imagine they won't work for every pair of shoes, but they even work for my flip flops actually. So, even with flats, I'm recognizing a major amount of support. I am recommending these to all my girlfriends who wear cute shoes that are slightly uncomfortable, or my male friends who have highly arched feet. THESE ARE WORTH IT.Guys make your life easier and get rid of the tired painful part of having feet! :)

I don't typically write reviews -- good or bad. But this product is a game changer, so I wanted to share my experience with all of my fellow Plantar Fasciitis sufferers If you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and have tried every stretching exercise and every shoe insert on the market with no relief-- you should try these!I had always been an active, energetic person, but my Plantar Fasciitis pain reached a point where it took the joy out of everything and was forcing me into a sedentary lifestyle. I stopped doing activities in my free time. I had to work up the nerve to take the first step out of bed every morning; had to hold back from moaning in pain every time I had to get up from my desk at my full time job; and was just about to quit my part time job because I could no longer tolerate all of the walking and being on my feet for 5-9 hours per shift. But, I decided I would try one more solution before giving my notice.Through luck of the draw Soul Insole was the one more solution I picked. The day they arrived my heel pain was almost unbearable. I put them in my shoes and got instant relief! But I figured the real test would be wearing them for a week -- including on my 16 hour days when I am sitting at my desk for 8 hours, followed by being on my feet for 8 hours.Well experiment complete. With these insoles in my shoes (athletic shoes, dress shoes and sandals) my feet are so happy. Most of the time my relief is 100% -- and even after long days and long hours on my feet my level of pain has gone from a 9 to a 1 or 2 at the most (on a scale of 10) . After a few days of using them I noticed that even my first step out of bed in the morning seemed less painful.They take the pressure off of my heels without making my shoes tight and they don't get smelly like other inserts. They can easily be moved from shoe to shoe. Just rinse them thoroughly when you take then out of your shoes, lay them out to dry (adhesive side up) for a few minutes and the adhesive regains its stickiness, so you can use them over and over in any shoe.I just bought a another pair -- just in case I lose or damage one of my inserts. I don't ever want to be without them again. If you're suffering from Plantar Fasciitis you should seriously consider giving these a try.

Read about these in the Grommet article that highlights the coolest inventions of 2024. They mentioned these as being great for any shoe, including sandals. As a plantar fasciitis sufferer, adding anything to shoes to relieve pain, also makes the shoes tight. If wearing sandals or mules, the pads can easily fall out. Or they really show. These are small and slim, work very well and come in 2 different thicknesses for light or heavy-duty support. Pretty invisible. They are also slightly tacky so they tend to stay put in your shoes.

Once they are placed in a shoe they do not stick to other shoes if you swap them out.

Adhesive let loose after a month. I have very high arches and in that aspect they are ok. Soul Insoles reached out to me after they saw this and recommended I wash them with a degreasing detergent. Like magic the adhesive was fully restored, although it does require washing quite frequently because it lets go

Buenísimas, tras seis meses teniendo fascitis y yendo a fisioterapia, me las compré y me desapareció la fascitis en dos semanas. Han pasado dos años y siempre tengo unas por si acaso. Si en algún momento me vuelve a doler un poco, me las pongo y listo, desaparece. Los médicos y los fisios nunca las recomiendan, quizá ni saben que existen, pero sus tratamientos no funcionan, el médico me puso una plantilla dura y me destrozó. Estas plantillas Soul insole son lo único que realmente funciona.

I don't normally write reviews but have to make an exception in this case if it helps others. I have been basically crippled with foot pain for weeks so ordered these inserts out of desperation, received them quickly, and put them to the test right away. Within minutes, I felt relief and after a bout 30 minutes of walking around, my foot pain was almost gone. I had my first night sleep without waking with foot pain. These may not work for everyone but I will definitely order another pair and enjoy the relief!

Me encanto el producto, yo casi no podía caminar ya por el dolor, probe muchas plantillas y no funcionaban realmente. Cuando probé estas, pues a los 3 dias puedo decir que el 80% del dolor se había ido. Me dolían tanto los pies que desde el primer día las use todo el día y aun así mis pies dolían menos que sin las plantillas. Hasta este momento no se ha ido el dolor por completo, pero espero con el tiempo pase, las uso todo el tiempo y me encuentro muy feliz por que he vuelto a caminar! , yo las he recomendado mucho y no dejaré de hacerlo.
