I have no complaints about this air hose. It is flexible enough, it looks and feels sturdy. The air leak is within expected parameters if assembled properly.

2024-05-16 -------------- It looks well designed and executed. The couplings are a hit - they have the smoothest, easiest engagement of any pneumatic couplers I've used: just push the two couplings into each other and it's perfectly mated, no need to pull the sleeve back like most others. To disengage you just need to pull the sleeve and the pressure will separate the two ends, as expected. My main concern with alternative products is the polyurethane hose. Those often lose their shape and become almost straight, defeating the purpose of the coiling, which is to help with tangling. My last one was a disaster - it lost the coiling within a few months and was a nightmare to deal with. This one has a tightly coiled spiral, but the thickness of the hose walls is rather thin, so we'll have to see how it holds up (I've barely used it for a few weeks now). The price is a bit high, but it would be worth it if it is durable. I will update this review as it time goes by. 2024-07-22 -------------- I dropped it with a tool attached (a small 90° drill). Not a good thing but I've done it a hundred times. I don't know if it was just bad luck, but the crimp fitting at the end of the hose just snapped. I feel it should be stronger. Also, to correct my statement above about the ease of engaging the couplers to a tool: that was at low pressure (I should have known better), at higher pressures (90 psi), it's not easy at all. Still, the couplers are very good, any weakness notwithstanding. Bottom line: the polyurethane hose is the main reason why I like this hose. I'm taking a star off because at this price it should be tougher, but I'm still going to replace it with another one of this item. 2024-07-25 -------------- This isn't as much about the product itself as about the manufacturer standing behind it: I wrote the seller and... they sent me a replacement within hours! Back to five stars.
