Q: My 2 1/2 year old is about 3ft tall and about a 22 waist but he is 36 pounds what size should i get?

I ordered this for my 3 year old grandson, thinking the small was for 3-4 year old, only to get it and find out the packaging said 4-6 years old. Way too big and I had to send it back as an extra small was not available.
