will this work any where in the world? in india?

As this device is 220V , so will work any place where voltage is 220-240V.. be patent to follow setup procedure.

My router is 100 meter apart. Will it work?

As long as there is Line of Sight, windows are fine not walls. Also the more devices the lower the signal quality.
