You replied to my question with this answer...."It can work on kodak pixpro sp360 4k waterproof housing case." Will it work on the standard housing A

Sorry！It can not work on the standard housing and waterproof case.

Does it work with ilecam camera?

Yes， it works with Xilecam Action Camera, and it needs to be used with waterproof case. By TEKCAM-US

I purchased this but is came with only the cloth, black head strap and screw, is it supposed to come with the Clear plastic case also?

No. Its only the strap. Sorry for the inconvenience. Headband and long screws are included in our product title. The waterproof case needs to be additionally selected according to your camera model. Thank you for your understanding and support. By TEKCAM-SPORTS
