Excellent product due to health issues I have to take magnesium daily and I have purchased these twice

Started taking these at night and my sleep went from “tossing around like a broken washing machine” to actually feeling human in the morning. Muscles feel looser, brain feels calmer, and I don’t wake up doing accidental yoga poses anymore. Simple, effective, no drama.

Hard to swallow. I have to cut them in half. I wouldn’t recommend these if you have difficulty swallowing pills as they are bulky. Everything else is good about them.

I’ve just started taking these Magnesium with Zinc tablets, so I can’t speak to the long-term benefits yet, but here are my early impressions.
