This stuff is worth it!
I had an order for 800 custom/decorated macarons and I was very stressed on the amount of Royal Icing I was going to need to make in order to decorate every single macaron. This stuff saved the day!! Consistency when adding that small amount of water is perfect, no issues. Taste is good, and honestly I got my monies worth. This whole container decorated 33 1/2 dozen macarons for me.

Taste
The picture looks like a decent size tub, after waiting for a very long time all it is, is a small tub with a big Crack in the bottom. Not pleased. Put the tub in a zip lock to keep it from drying out. It does taste good.

Royal Frosting
I bought five containers of RoyalFrosting for gingerbread house making I ordered them in October. I thought they’d be ok until November when we decorate houses. I took them out to use them. There are cracks in three of the lids and the contents dried out. I cold use water and try and beat them again. I know that with the egg and licking fingers as you decorate especially kids. They could become sick. You’d think there’d be a plastic seal over the contents, nope, just a lid!
