can this be used as a hair dress

Can it be used as a leave in conditioner

I wouldn't use as a leave-in. It's very heavy and the smell is really strong.

can i use it on a weavon that has weave

I would say no. It is very greasy

when is the best time to use the before or after i relax my hair

You can use it either before or after. Before to let your strands stronger and after to fill back the mass that your hair lost,
